If you had recently join railways as an employee and also want to play cricket at higher level there are many zonal, inter district, and tournament of railways if you performed well in all those type of tournament selectors or coaches will suggest you to give the state level tournaments

trails like: Syed  Mushtaq Ali trophy,  Vijay Hazare Trophy, Duleep trophy, and Ranji trophy, And one you are seledted in state team you also have an opportunity to play in IPL,if you perform well in STATE TEAM .
