If you are at home at you have to be stay fit from home follow my given tips you'll only need a bag and some books you have to keep the books in the bag for the weight.

*Wear the bag on back and do Squads for beginner  try this sets= (10*3)  *Wear the bag on the back and do pushups try this sets=(10*3).*bent over rowing  (10*3)*Single  arm over head = (10*3)*single arm biceps curls = (10*3)*Over head back extensions=(10*3)*leg raises 3 sets (10-12 each set)*Crunches 3 sets (10-12 each set)*Pull ups 3 sets ( 5 each set)
