• You can choose to fill the form in Hindi by clicking on ‘हिंदी’ on top of the page.
• Click on 'Create New Profile' to start the procedure of UPCA Registrations 2020-21
• Click on ‘Complete Your Profile’ if you have already made your profile and wish to complete your form.

Under 14

• Computer-generated Date of Birth Certificate (Mandatory)
  (Municipal corporation authorized). Alternative - (BDO / Gram Panchayat signed authorized/attested printed form)
• Residence proof – Aadhar/Passport/ Domicile (Certificate by Nagar Nigam) (BPL Not inadmissible)

Under 16 and Under 19

• Computer-generated Date of Birth Certificate (Mandatory) (Municipal corporation authorized). Alternative-(BDO / Gram Panchayat signed authorized/attested printed form)
• 10th School Marksheet/ Bonafide certificate from school/ TC
• Residence proof – Aadhar/Passport/Voter ID/ Domicile (Certificate by Nagar Nigam) (BPL Not inadmissible)
• PAN Card (Optional)

Under 23 and Seniors

• Computer generated Date of Birth Certificate (Mandatory) (Municipal corporation authorized) Alternative - (BDO / Gram Panchayat signed authorized/attested printed form)
• 10th School Marksheet (Optional)
